Floorplans
Floorplans can help add information that the buyers find valuable. Measurements are approximate and the plans are easy to read and are a great looking addition to the listing. Starting at $85.

FAQ
How long will the shoot take?
Typically photography services take 1-1.5 hours. Larger houses would take longer and very small cabins or condos could only take 30-45 mins depending on size and room count.
How will I receive my photos?
You will receive an email and I will notify you by text when the email is sent. From there you will receive a link which will allow you to review watermarked images. After review, click the shopping cart logo on any image and you will be directed to a checkout to pay for the services and download unwatermarked photos. Videos will be linked via youtube and you can paste the link into your marketing or social media materials.
What is your turnaround time?
Currently the turnaround time is 24 hours for real estate shoots and 48 hours for vacation rental shoots. This may change in high volume times. Same night turnaround is possible for a $125 rush fee.
How many pictures will I receive?
For something like a one bedroom cabin the total will be closer to 20 but most homes will be 30-40 images with larger homes being even more photos. If you have specific needs we can discuss prior to the shoot.
